Instant Action was set up in 2003 after its directors identified a need within the non-fault accident management industry. That need was simple, bodyshops within the UK needed someone to assist them in dealing with the increasing number of non-fault accident cases they encountered during their work.

Running a successful bodyshop is much more than having a craft that can repair vehicles back to near perfect condition. It complex business that has to deal with the demands of insurance companies, engineers, hire companies and suppliers. And of course the all important customer!

Instant Action saw a market to assist in administering much of this bureaucracy and now has developed an enviable reputation as a first class non-fault accident management service.

Working with selected bodyshops up and down the country, Instant Action assists people who have been involved in an accident that wasn’t their fault. The service that we provide together with our partners, extends from recovering the damaged vehicle, sourcing a like for like vehicle until their own vehicle is repaired and handling all the insurance claims including any personal injury.

There are of course numerous benefits to non fault accident victims; they will not lose their no claims bonus, they will have a similar vehicle to drive whilst theirs is off the road, all contact with insurance companies is kept to a minimum and any claim for personal injury will be handled by professionals.

Instant Action also deal with the insurance companies, we will sort out the engineer’s report, obtain fast approval of estimate, and best of all pay you the labour rates you deserve.
