When a client's vehicle is off the road following an accident it is essential that their vehicle is retrieved and secured as quickly as possible. Any delays to the recovery of the vehicle can be extremely inconvenient to the client and there is always the risk that further damage may be caused to the vehicle.

That's why here at Instant Action we do our utmost to ensure everything is put in place for the swift and speedy recovery of any damaged vehicles from either the scene of an accident, or the client's home address.


48hr Approval

We aim to approve all estimates for repairs within 48 hours, allowing you to get on with the work without delays and without building up a backlog of work that is waiting for approval.


5 day payment

On approved repairs we will make payment to you within 5 working days. Nothing is more frustrating than completing a job only to find payment will take several weeks to be processed by the client. Here at Instant Action we understand that professional businesses appreciate prompt payment, so we pride ourselves on speedy payment on all completed work.


100% Labour Rates
