Instant Hire
As part of our service we arrange the free use of a like-for-like replacement vehicle, subject to availability, for all clients. This hire is provided under a credit hire agreement and these charges are collected from the at fault party. Our clients tell us they appreciate the like-for-like hire we provide, as many insurance companies will only supply standard hire vehicles, regardless of the car the client was driving before the accident.
All our vehicles are of the highest standards, and come from approved hire companies. However we are always willing to deal with any complaints regarding the hire vehicles, and we would welcome any suggestions on how we could improve our services. We aim to provide same day hire for our clients wherever possible. In certain circumstances, for example if we are notified of the accident after 2pm on a weekday, then hire will usually be arranged to commence the next day. If we are notified at weekends then we will arrange for a hire vehicle to be delivered first thing on Monday morning.
